Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed.
Basilius is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
Returns
Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Nonreturnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used or worn products
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Candles or fragrance products that have been opened or used
- Final-sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact Basilius within 3 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
